Research

We aim to provide insight into the adoption of cyber security by and from the perspective of SMEs and other small organisations.

With support from our links in both industry and at the University of Oxford, we intend to continue both submitting research proposals and offering to collaborate on larger projects in the field of cyber security in complex supply chains.

About OCSRC

Emma Osborn

Emma Osborn is founder of OCSRC and has recently submitted her doctoral thesis to the University of Oxford Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security. Throughout her doctoral project, she has published research on the subjects of cyber security in SMEs, for consumers and in the broader supply chain.

Prior to this she worked in the defence industry, gaining experience mainly in cyber security and incident response R&D.

She also assists in teaching cyber security risk management, design for security and information governance on the University of Oxford Software and Systems Security MSc and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
