Dr Emma Osborn

At the heart of OCSRC is me - an independent cyber security consultant.

With an Oxford Uni DPhil in Cyber Security, 3 years in business and 8 years’ experience in finding the right solutions for clients like you.

I consult, research and collaborate, to design solutions and transform processes.

I love finding pragmatic answers to the complex questions my clients bring me.

Flexible partnerships

Employing specialists doesn’t fit every business’ way of working, so OCSRC aims to be ultra flexible planning outsourced projects to fit customers roadmaps.

I’m an IP creator. I sell my ideas, not my time, because that’s where I add the most value.

I back this up with great communication and a 100% record for delivering projects on time.

I team up with customers and partner with adjacent service providers to get the best result.

How we work is about who we are

My skills stem from my breadth of knowledge and experience: a flexibility that allows me to bridge knowledge gaps in my customers’ teams.

I maintain that experience through my freedom to work with a variety of different projects and challenges.

I work in intense bursts for each customer, to make sure projects are reactive to clients’ needs.

…and at the end of the week I still have energy left to doodle.

Social Responsibility

A diversity of thoughts, experiences and ways of being is what facilitates OCSRC’s success.

I offer my time to events that aim to normalise gender diversity in the cyber security sector.

Innovation and research are disruptive … only effective when team members all think differently and have the space to dream more.
